What is music， no one can explain.
Just imagine for a moment that you are sitting in a magnificent concert hall. The conductor waves his shiny baton with a graceful swing through the air. A beautiful melody floats slowly around you
You sit quietly with your eyes shut， your heart open. The delicate vibratos of the violins carry you to a mood of heavenly bliss. An airy solo of the flute draws you to the imagination， the notes flow like some jumping swallows dancing and singing calling for the coming of Spring.
I like music from my childhood. My father often says when I was a baby I would never go to sleep without soft， beautiful lullabies crooning around my ears . Now music is a part of my life. When I feel tired， disappointed or in low spirits， I usually turn to music. Music， nothing but only music can have so wonderful an effect on my heart， on my pond of feeling.
Music comes with us. Where there is life， there is music. Where there is music， there is hope. It lies in everyday life， in everyone’s life， in everything we see， in everything we hear-- in the rhythm of the sea， in the whisper of a gentle wind， in the melody of a bird’s singing， in the harmony of village chimes. You can hear music wherever you may go . A man who doesn’t know music will lose half the world. A nation that pays little or no attention to music will be a sad nation. A world without music would be the one for the dead and devils.
So dear friends， let’s open our arms to embrace music and enjoy it throughout our lives. Love music and love life.

本学期我担任初二的英语教学工作。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学工作汇报。
1、努力建立融洽的师生关系。
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。
我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的姐妹，关怀备至。
2、因材施教，掌握难度
在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。
同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。
3、激发学生学习兴趣。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。
4、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心
在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。
另外，我利用每天的课余时间辅导英语，主要针对中下等学生的听和读这两大难题，这样他们在课堂上便有“话”可说。当学生在课堂上获得了成功感，他们的自信心也会增强，也更加愿意参与课堂的活动了。
我在教学工作中还有很多不足之处，希望在下个学期多总结经验，多向其他老师前辈学习，不断提高教学水平。

During the festival， I traveled with my father and mother to Nanjing， Wuxi， Suzhou， Hangzhou and Shanghai.
We first went to the Confucius Temple in Nanjing. My mother bought me two mutton kebabs. They were delicious. There were a lot of people there. Then we went to Xuanwu Lake. It was very beautiful. There were trees and grass everywhere. I also saw two puppies， one white and one brown. They were very cute.
We also went to Zhongshan Mausoleum. We took the stairs first. Soon we saw a large tombstone， about nine meters high. I saw that there were words on the front and no words on the back. I asked my father why? Dad said， "Sun Yat Sen is so great that there is no language to express his credit." we walked through the tombstone and soon saw a big statue sitting there with a book in hand. I asked Dad who it was. Dad said， "it has been a statue of Sun Yat Sen for a long time."
Then we went to Wuxi for about an hour or two. When we arrived in Wuxi， we first went to see the water margin city of the Three Kingdoms， made a boat in Taihu Lake， and watched the performance of the three British war Lv Bu. The performance was very lifelike and lifelike.
We went to the Lion Forest in Suzhou. The lion forest is a beautiful garden. The best thing to see is the little lion made of nine stones. It"s very interesting.
In the evening， we went to Hangzhou district to see the performance of "eternal love of song city". They performed very well.
On the morning of October 4， we made a boat tour of the whole west lake， heard the stories of "white snake and Xu Xian"， "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai"， and learned the legend of "long bridge is not long and broken bridge is continuous"， and felt that the lake was more beautiful.
On the 5th， we went to Shanghai and went to Jinmao building. Jinmao building is more than 300 meters， but the elevator speed is very fast. We reached the top floor in 42 seconds. Then we went to see the China Pavilion of the World Expo， watched the film， and saw the mural of "the river picture during the Qingming Festival". In the evening， we went on a cruise to the Huangpu River to see the night scenery of Shanghai. It was very beautiful.
The next morning， we went to the Bund in Shanghai. After playing， we went home.

我身为xx学校的一名教师，在过去一年来的工作当中，确实是非常有动力的，教初一班我的自我感觉还是不错的，我深刻的体会到了这一点，在过去的一年当中我是觉得非常有意义的，过去一年来我也和周围同事相处的非常不错，在这个过程当中，我觉得这是很有意义，在这年度考核之际我想这是我应该要去做好的，我在教学方面，还是有一定的提高，每天我都会感觉非常的有动力，在这个过程当中我深刻的意识到了这些，我很清楚这对我是一件很有意义的事情，年度考核之际，也是能够看出自己的成绩是怎样的在，作为一名教师，我还是希望可以做的更好。
一年来还我是做的比较认真的，只有认真的安排好自己的本职工作，才能够做的更加的好，作为一名语文教师，我还是一切以教学质量为主，当然相对其它方面，我还是非常充实的，对自己的工作应该要负责才是，这一点是一定的，作为一名教师我还是应该要做出合适的判断，我能够清楚的感受到这一点，这段时间我觉得还是做的比较认真的，在这个过程当中，我也有过很多不一样的经历，我能够意识到自己的不足之处，通过日常的工作，我也是有一种非常深刻的感觉，在这个过程当中我不断的提高自身的工作能力，虽然一年的工作已经结束了，可是在这方面我是应该要保持客观的态度的，这对我个人能力也是一种考验的。
在新的一年当中，这也会成为我进一步的动力，不管是做什么事情都应该要自己工作负责，一年来我也积极认真的完成好教学任务，在一些细节上面还是处理的不错的，取得了一定的成绩，在以后的工作当中，我也一定会认真去维持下去的，在这年度考核之际，把日常的工作落实到位，做好教学规划，来年的工作更上一层楼。

婴儿并不是一生出来就会说话的，英语学习同样如此。学生并不是一接触英语就会说出一口流利纯正的口语，而是在大量听的情况下才能开口说。因此，对话前的听力输入是极其必要的。
在李秀荣老师的课中，其听力的输入多达七次。这么充分的听力输入给了学生足够的底气和信心，使他们大胆地发言。学生的表现正是证明这点。学生对录音语音语调的模仿和对语言的掌握超乎我们老师的想象。这也提醒了我在以后的教学中要给予学生充分的说的准备，使他们不畏惧说。这样子，老师关于对话教学的目标也会更容易实现，学生也会对英语学习有更大的信心。
细细留心李秀荣老师的课，你会发现学生齐读的情况是没有的。这让我产生一个疑问：学生的齐声朗读到底有没有必要?对于这点也是各有争执。有人表示齐声朗读能够更容易吸引学生的注意力，但是同时也有可能会出现滥竽充数的情况。老师无法保证是否每个人都会读。也有人说如果没有齐声朗读，要学生一个个轮流读，在目前大班上课的情况下，老师不可能一个个纠正学生的发音，也不可能让全班一个一个站起来读，时间不允许。另外齐声朗读能够给自信心不够的同学一种安全感。在大家都张嘴读的情况下，他不用担心自己的口语差，这样反而敢张开嘴来读。总的来说，各有利弊，老师要根据自己班级的实际情况来选择适合自己班级学生发展的方式。
冯冬燕老师所总结出的对话教学的五化也让我印象深刻：课堂情景化，情景生活化，生活趣味化，训练层次化，知识循环化。环环相扣，最后取得对话教学的成功。情景化教学在对话课中尤为重要，特别是真实的，有趣的，生活化的情景。在老师所创造的有效的情景中，学生的学习会更加轻松。而不是成为一种死读，死记，死背。这也恰恰符合了学生语言获得的心理和生理发展。想想孩子们学中文，也是在生活的一点一滴中学会的。有时候，学校对中文的教学反而没有来得那么深刻。因为，生活化的用语，交际性的用语，不断重复输入输出会使学生的印象更加深刻。英语的教学也要做到以旧滚新，融旧于新中，才能不断地加深学生学习的记忆，提高学生的语言综合运用能力。
当然，在这么重要的场合，怎么可能会少了邓老师的贵言呢?每次听邓老师的发言都受益良多。上至一些理论知识，下至一个小小的游戏，都能让我们得到启发。紧抓英语课堂的实效是作为新老师的我所遇到的一个重大问题。用有趣的游戏吸引学生?浪费时间，而且并不能所有的学生都参与到其中，并把知识沉淀下来。其实，真正的要吸引学生，必须要做到让语言知识本身有趣，让语言知识本身来吸引学生。let’s chant的妙用，小小的一个动作融合到知识里面已经能够抓住学生的眼球。梯度性的教学设计对吸引学生的注意力，抓住学生的好奇心是至关重要的。听，说，读，写。学生的英语学习都要遵循这样的发展。否则，学生的语言获得就没有遵循大自然的规律，而没有遵循大自然规律发展的，必为大自然所淘汰。
听到一点就学会一点，多听，多学，不管是对学生，还是对老师都尤为重要。愿意倾听，善于倾听的人会得到更多，再经过个人的内化，产出会更加地可喜。培养学生多多聆听，善于倾听的良好习惯，我相信，学生对于英语对话的产出会更加出色！
